We have a 30-day return policy. If you need to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@nouveaupick.com. Please provide as much information as possible, including your Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and the reason for the return. We may request photos and/or videos of damaged or defective merchandise before you send the items back. Troubleshooting steps may also be provided to speed up the return process and help you avoid any return processing fees.
If the return is approved, we’ll send you further instructions on how to ship the item(s) back. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order you’ve just placed, please email us at support@nouveaupick.com right away. We will process a refund as soon as we receive your request and confirm it via email within two hours. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.
Damaged Items
If your item was damaged in transit, we’re very sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@nouveaupick.com with your order number, full name, and a picture of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to assist you with a resolution.
Refund Timeline
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeline includes the shipping time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), the processing time once we receive the item (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
Return/Exchange Shipping Fees
We understand that return shipping costs can be a burden. That’s why we offer postage-paid return pouches for customers wishing to return or exchange an item. Simply request a return or exchange via email at support@nouveaupick.com, and we’ll send a prepaid returns pouch to your address. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or ship out your exchange order immediately.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? No worries! We offer a 30-day, no-fee exchange policy. If you’d like to exchange your item for another one of the same price, just send us an email at support@nouveaupick.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a postage-paid return pouch, and as soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll send out the new one.
Urgent Orders
Need your order urgently? We’ll do our best to expedite the process, but please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur. If time is of the essence, we recommend checking with your local post office for the fastest option. If we can’t meet your expected delivery timeframe, we’ll offer a refund immediately.
