At nouveaupick.com, we focus on delivering your women’s clothing orders as quickly as possible. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.


Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is authorized and verified. We begin processing your order immediately after verification. Due to this time frame, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.


Processing Time

It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. However, processing times may vary due to stock availability, national holidays, or other factors. For popular items experiencing stock shortages, processing may take 5-10 business days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays.


Shipping Terms

If you fail to receive your shipment due to any of the following reasons, you may be responsible for additional charges:

  • Incorrect postal or zip code provided
  • Incorrect or non-existent shipping address
  • Consignee absent during delivery attempts
  • Inaccessible phone number provided to the shipping company

In any of these cases, the shipping company typically informs you of their delivery attempt and provides instructions on how to retrieve your package. They will hold the package for a limited time (usually 7 days) before returning it to us. Please note that these processes are handled by the shipping company, and we are not responsible for their actions. Any additional shipping charges must be covered by you.

If the package remains undelivered due to legal intervention or family death, you may provide us with supporting documents, and we will consider a full or partial refund.

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, the package will be returned to us, and any incurred charges will be deducted from your refund. Depending on the situation, we may choose not to accept the returned package, in which case no refund or exchange will be provided.

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $69
  1. Other Countries
  • Orders between $0.00-$69.00: $8.99 postage fee
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $69

Shipping Time

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (may take up to 1 week if the item is out of stock for a hot sale)
  • Standard Delivery:
    • US: 7-15 business days
    • Other countries: 10-20 business days

Note:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES.
  • Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipment. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, epidemic control, or other factors.
  • For express shipping, any tariffs or additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
